South Africa President Cyril Ramaphosa Arrives in Uganda for Official Visit

His Excellency Matamela Cyril Ramaphosa, the President of the Republic of South Africa, has landed in Uganda for a significant official working visit.
Upon touchdown, President Ramaphosa received a warm welcome from Hon. John Mulimba, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs in charge of Regional Affairs.
Invited by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, President Ramaphosa is slated to engage in crucial discussions with his Ugandan counterpart at State House-Entebbe, covering a range of bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest.
This visit holds particular significance as it follows President Ramaphosa's attendance at the 19th Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) summit in Kampala in January 2024. The return of the South African leader underscores.
The visit presents an opportune moment to explore avenues for enhanced trade, investment, and cooperation across various sectors, benefiting both nations and their citizens.
