Supreme Court has dismissed the Bank of Uganda appeal against Sudhir Ruparelia and Meera Investments.
Court has also ordered the central bank to directly pay costs at all Court levels.
With this ruling the Ruparelia family will regain access to Crane Bank.
This marks end to 5-year dispute
